Bringing over 15 years of real estate experience and more than 1,000 successful transactions under his belt. Licensed since 2010 and earning his Broker license in 2018, Tanner has built a reputation for results, reliability, and deep market knowledge—all by the age of 33.

His foundation in AutoCAD drafting, structural design, and both commercial and residential construction uniquely positions him to assess property potential with precision. Tanner has built custom homes and personally remodeled over 50 properties, giving him an eye for value and improvement opportunities that few brokers can match.

Currently pursuing his CCIM designation, Tanner also holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and Information Technology from Eastern Kentucky University. His background in tech fuels his expertise in advanced real estate tools, data analysis, and modern marketing strategies.

As the leader of both a residential (Zen Door) and a commercial brokerage (KYCB), Tanner is known for his cutting-edge negotiation skills, practical field experience, and unwavering commitment to client success. Whether it’s a first-time home purchase or a multimillion-dollar commercial deal, Tanner brings a sharp, forward-thinking approach that consistently drives results.

With over two decades of experience in real estate and technology, Dan brings a rare blend of industry insight and modern systems thinking to every transaction. Before co-founding ZenDoor Real Estate Inc., Dan spent time as a contractor, home inspector, and spent many years in the IT field — giving him a unique, full-spectrum view of what it takes to buy, sell, and invest in homes confidently.

Dan became a licensed real estate agent in 2020 and quickly recognized that today’s clients expect more than just access to listings — they expect clarity, efficiency, and service that meets them where they are. That’s why he teamed up with Principal Broker Tanner Good to launch ZenDoor: a forward-thinking brokerage built around expert guidance, smart systems, and a commitment to results.
