Every agent at Zen Door lives and works right here in Central Kentucky, so Danville, Lancaster, Stanford, and Harrodsburg aren’t just service areas to us, they’re home. Add a construction background most brokerages don’t have, and you get real estate made simple, and results you can trust.
Leadership
Co-Founders
Zen Door was built by two Central Kentucky natives who know real estate from every angle: construction, technology, and the deal itself. Dan Peters and Tanner Good combine two decades of hands-on experience to give Danville-area buyers and sellers a smarter, more transparent way to move.
Tanner has been in Central Kentucky real estate since 2010, closing more than 1,000 transactions along the way. But his background isn’t just sales, it’s structural design, AutoCAD drafting, and hands-on commercial and residential construction, the kind of insight that lets him see a property the way a builder would, not just an agent.
That combination is rounded out by a Computer Information Systems degree, which shows up in how he works: leaning on data, market analytics, and sharp negotiation to make sure every client walks away with the best possible outcome, not just a closed deal.
Structural & Design
Uses AutoCAD and construction background to accurately assess layout potential and property value.
Data & Analytics
Combines IT education with market analytics to drive strategic, forward-thinking real estate investments.
Dan Peters has spent more than two decades in Central Kentucky real estate and IT, a combination that still shapes how Zen Door operates today. Before co-founding the brokerage, Dan worked as a contractor and home inspector, so he evaluates a property’s structure and value the way a builder would, not just an agent. Buyers and sellers across Danville and the surrounding counties work with Dan for exactly that: straightforward guidance, systems that keep transactions moving, and construction insight most brokerages simply can’t offer.
IT & Tech Systems
Applies two decades of technology experience to build efficient, modern real estate processes.
Construction Insight
Leverages past contractor and home inspector expertise to evaluate property condition and value.
