Tanner Good | Co-Founder & Principal Broker | Zen Door Real Estate

Tanner Good doesn’t just sell real estate, he understands how it’s built. As Co-Founder and Principal Broker of Zen Door Real Estate, he pairs more than 1,000 closed transactions with a background in structural design, AutoCAD drafting, and hands-on construction, insight most agents simply don’t bring to a deal.

Base: Danville, KY Serves: Boyle, Lincoln, Garrard & Mercer Counties Role: Co-Founder & Principal Broker Licensed Since: 2010 Also Leads: KYCB & Forge & Frame

From Blueprints to Closing Tables

Long before Tanner was closing deals, he was drafting them, literally. His background in structural design and AutoCAD drafting, paired with hands-on commercial and residential construction experience, gives him a read on a property that most agents can’t match: how it was built, what it’s actually worth, and where the opportunity is hiding.

He paired that hands-on instinct with a Computer Information Systems degree from Eastern Kentucky University, and the combination shows. Licensed since 2010 with more than 1,000 transactions closed, Tanner leans on data, market analytics, and sharp negotiation to get clients the best possible outcome, not just a closed deal.

He combines advanced tech tools, data analysis, and construction-level insight to deliver maximum value for clients, on the buy side, the sell side, and the investment side.Zen Door Real Estate

A Real Estate Partner for Every Stage

For buyers, that means walking into a showing already knowing what a wall can and can’t move, what a renovation actually costs, and whether a listing’s price reflects its real condition, not just its curb appeal.

For sellers, it means positioning a listing with real market data and a construction-trained eye, so pricing and marketing reflect what the home is actually worth.

For investors, it means the sharpest read in the room: Tanner evaluates deals the way a broker, a builder, and a data analyst would all at once, running the numbers, assessing the structure, and being straight about whether it pencils out.

Three Companies, One Standard

Alongside co-founder Dan Peters, Tanner built Zen Door Real Estate into a brokerage centered on service, technology, and community, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Boyle, Lincoln, Garrard, and Mercer Counties.

Tanner’s reach goes beyond residential real estate. He’s also the Principal Broker and owner of KYCB, a commercial brokerage handling multifamily, retail, QSR, Airbnb investment, and land development across Central Kentucky, and the founder of Forge & Frame General Contracting, a licensed general contractor delivering commercial buildouts, tenant improvements, and residential renovations with the same disciplined, transparent approach.

That cross-disciplinary view, residential, commercial, and construction, gives Tanner a ground-up understanding of Central Kentucky real estate that few agents in the region can offer.

Real Estate. Real Simple.
